Why not sign him and see if he can at least up the competition?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11883301319961596171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-26401136322820813132010-04-25T18:34:24.643-04:002010-04-25T18:34:24.643-04:00My thoughts on the draft are pretty much here:

I give this draft an A. alot happier after hearing the coaches talk about all of them on steelers.com.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01109813689169396527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-54436119452838088412010-04-25T13:48:15.861-04:002010-04-25T13:48:15.861-04:00Hey Dale, don't know if you posted it somewher...Hey Dale, don't know if you posted it somewhere else but, which UDFA did the steelers pick? thanks :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-11629536012458462132010-04-25T12:51:26.072-04:002010-04-25T12:51:26.072-04:00Dale,

How do we take Sanders in that BS Jones offense at leave Shipley who is proven?? At least they got Dixon as an UDFA tho.Pistolnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-26804523263744839882010-04-25T07:06:49.071-04:002010-04-25T07:06:49.071-04:00http://www.gamesiteuk.x10hosting.com/nfl-drafthttp://www.gamesiteuk.x10hosting.com/nfl-draftspidercrunchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14455290509798148796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-58497416565808722212010-04-24T23:46:56.490-04:002010-04-24T23:46:56.490-04:00I'd agree with the Arizona comment because of ...I'd agree with the Arizona comment because of his close connection to Assistant Coach Russ Grimm, but these castoff Steelers haven't amounted to much outside of Pittsburgh.

Given the fact that the Steelers seem to be set at starting guard for the next year I can't see Faneca coming back to them as a backup. I watched him play with the Jets and it was clear he isn't the player he was 3 years ago. The football world is cruel to veterans. Once they start to deteriorate, they go quickly. Unless he latches on to a bad team Faneca isn't much more than a backup. I loved the guy but it is reality.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15287012.post-6370565660293240382010-04-24T23:24:40.505-04:002010-04-24T23:24:40.505-04:00Faneca is already on a plane to Arizona.Faneca is already on a plane to Arizona.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
