Bowling day

Head coach Mike Tomlin took the Steelers bowling on Tuesday, the opening day of their final week of OTAs.

I guess after the chippiness of last week, Tomlin figured the players needed a little distraction - all while getting to hang out together.

There was no media access, so there is nothing new to report. But they'll be back at practice Wednesday and I'll be updating.

Mr. Lolley,

I saw notes on the Ravens OTAs & there was mention of a couple players that were testing out the Defensive Radio Helmet system. Are the Steelers doing any prep work like that to get used to the new radio helmets? Is Farrior the player that will be wearing that helmet?

You are correct. Farrior will be wearing their radio.
