Obviously unhappy with their cornerback depth, the Steelers signed former Indianapolis Colts cornerback Keiwan Ratliff Friday to a one-year contract.
The signing of Ratliff, who started four games for the Colts in 2008, lessens the need for the Steelers to overdraft a cornerback this weekend.
© Later on tonight, I'll have my mock draft posted. I've got it finished now, but I want to wait and see if any trades get done early this evening before posting it.
© I'll also be updating the blog live from the Steelers offices on the South Side this weekend, so check back early and often.
Any chance you'll be twittering/tweeting updates?
ReplyDeletetwitter/tweeting.... hahaha...in steeler country
ReplyDeleteim guessing no for the same reasons we dont have cheerleaders
It would be a way for Dale to quick post updates for people to follow in an easier format...
ReplyDeleteRatliff can also return kicks, he did it for the colts, fyi.
ReplyDeleteIn 16 punt returns last season Ratliff fumbled 4 times. I wasn't a fan of Roscoe Parrish as a returner because of fumbles & this guy makes Parrish look sure-handed.
