Dale, Good evaluation of the team at the halfway point. One question, what happens when Gilbert is healthy? I think they should keep the rookie in. Thoughts?
In case we don't get a KC prediction thread ...(Dale you're looking past the Chiefs, one game at a time!
I like the Steelers to win this by 14. I really hope there are no injuries and they don't expose Ben to any unnecessary hits. I really can't see how they need to throw the ball ball more than 20 times this game.
BUT team Tomlin likes to play down so anything is possible.
Dale, In your opinion, why doesn't Steve McClendon get more playing time. I'm no expert, but it doesn't appear that Hampton is playing on a level that justifies him dominating the snap count. And the run defense has been less dominant than in years past. What I see is less double teams on Casey and more on Ziggy and Brett. Any thoughts?

I think they'll stick with Adams.
ReplyDeletethat TO stat is alarming. the Texans got four tonight. granted, it was a wet field, but still...
ReplyDeletethis defense is a far cry from the days of Blittzburgh.

I'll go Steelers 24-10.
