Game day thread

The weather at Heinz Field is beautiful tonight for the Steelers and Bills.

Jarvis Jones heads the list of Steelers who will not play. Chris Carter will start in his place.

We should also see Ryan Shazier at inside linebacker tonight.

Leodis McKelvin is out at cornerback for Buffalo as is left guard Chris Williams.

All that money has gone to Suisham's head.

Ok now all we need is to see Shazier stone a lineman and we know we're going to be ok.

    Steelers looking great.

God damn refs are going to drive me crazier than usual this year.

The NFL is so freaking greedy. How much offense do you need.

That's exactly what I was worried about with Shazier after watching film on him from college. The guy outruns his coverage way too often and ends up taking himself out of making a play either by slipping or just going too fast.

Well Patrick you got your wish. Now Landry Jones needs to be cut. No need to waste snaps on him in the third and fourth preseason games.

Well Martevious didn't blow me away tonight but he wasn't embarrassing either. He caught the easy passes and dropped the tough ones.

I wish they had tried hitting him in the EZ at the end of the game. What on earth does having the QB was a play lining up the kick do? I thought the preseason was to help evaluate players? I would have rather given one of our WR's a chance to prove themselves.

  8. Landry Jones has probably played himself out of a job. I don't think any amount of experience is going to make him an NFL qb.

Yeah the FO wasted another 4th round pick on a bad QB.

Yes lets focus on Landry Jones when the first rounder looked like a future stat, Tuitt looked great, Archer yet again showed unreal burst and Bryant showed solid progress.
