Steelers-Falcons game day thread

Greetings from Atlanta.

James Harrison, Ike Taylor and Dri Archer are among the Steelers inactives.

Marcus Gilbert also is a late scratch for the Steelers. He was probable for this game and practiced all week, so he must have had a setback Saturday or in warmups.

For the Falcons, Julio Jones and corner Robert Alford are out. I'm also hearing that starting safety William Moore will be down as well.

I expect the Steelers to have plenty of success attacking this secondary.

Too many FG's....

It appears Will Gay now has his name in the Steeler record book for most INTs returned for TDs in a season with 3.

Looks like 5 and 50 in the books before the half!

That was 2 bad and 1 non-call on that catch by AB. AB never grabbed the facemask, got horsecollar tackled and just some regular jawing between wr and db.

Steelers need to score more than 30 to win this game.

good win for the Steelers. They needed this one. No 8-8 this year!

That is a great win. The skeptics were chomping at the bit for a loss here, but have been denied again. Reference GB for the latest proof that this is a week to week league. Get hot in December, boys!

Nice win, great call on the 3 and 1. I haven't seen a rollout off the fake like that since Noll did it with Bradshaw throwing back against the flow.

The Steelers finish out with 2 at home, couldn't ask for better.

That's 31 teams that Big Ben has defeated. Congrats to Ben and the Steelers.

Ended up 5-3 on the road, including three in a row - that's pretty darn encouraging.
