With Kansas City’s clinching of the AFC West title on Sunday, the Steelers’ 2011 opponents have now been set – barring an expansion by the league to an 18-game schedule.
The Steelers will host Cleveland, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Jacksonville, Tennessee, New England, Seattle and St. Louis.
They will travel to Cleveland, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, San Francisco and Arizona.

correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a Steelers lose plus Balt win make the Jets and SD the other opponents? (rather than NE/KC)?
Yeah -- only when assuming the Steelers win the AFC North, this is the schedule.
Also, I think they would host the Cardinals and travel to the Seahawks (who would also have to play the guys in the striped shirts).
I think Steeler Depot had a more accurate breakdown I saw yesterday morning here:

I'm assuming they win the North. They're not going to lose to Cleveland.
Well you are also missing out on afc south teams. If Indy looses and Jacksonville wins those home and away games will swap.
How are home/away games decided for opponents outside of the division?
Found out the NFL changed the rules on scheduling for East coast teams playing on the West coast, your schedule is accurate in regards to hosting the Seahawks and visiting the Cardinals.
